KARATE

Okinawan Seidokan is one of the original mixed martial arts with its' kicking, punching and blocking techniques of karate, the throwing and joint-locking techniques of Toide Jujitsu, and traditional weapons of Okinawa. Students are taught self defensive techniques including hand and finger manipulation, choke holds and striking points.  Street defensive techniques are taught and modified for all fitness levels. Students can earn ranking in this traditional art if they choose.

BOXING

Our boxing instructor has years of experience teaching boxing. He will teach you proper punching technique. Whether you have some boxing experience or a beginner who has never thrown a punch, this class will start with basic boxing skills and add proven techniques to improve your training. Train with a pro!

KICKBOXING

MUAY THAI

Muay Thai is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on the shins is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.

BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

Brazilian Juijitsu  is a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting.  BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the opponent.
